Bluapple review and giveaway

Here is my latest review. It is for a product called Bluapple, 
I was very excited about this product! It is designed to prolong the life of your fruits and vegetables naturally. As the name implies it is a blue (plastic) apple. Inside is a pouch that contains the "magic" ingredients. It works by controlling the natural ethylene gas that produce gives off.
Each packet is designed to last about three months with normal conditions. Once the packet is no longer effective it can be added to your garden or flowers as a natural fertilizer.

I decided to try this with bananas. My kids love fruit and it is hard to keep up with the demand. The thing is that when I buy a little fruit they go through it in a day. I buy a lot of fruit and it sits around. I absolutely hate throwing away food, but what can I do? No one wants the brown banana.

This is a banana without the Bluapple. As you can see time has not been kind to this guy!  After just a few days it doesn't look appetizing at all! What a difference! Which one do you want to eat?

My latest product to review is Smart Pack Gummy vitamins. I received a box of individual packets of their adult gummy vitamins. I personally never remember to take a multi vitamin. I always tried while I was pregnant, but most of them taste so bad I was unable to take them every day. I was very excited for these because as a rule I love gummy anything!

First, let me tell you a bit about the vitamins as per the box. They are shaped like bears and come in five different flavors. Strawberry, Orange, Pineapple, Tea, and Lemon.This is helpful because each flavor is a different type of vitamin. The strawberry is calcium. The orange is DHA/EPA Omega-3. The pineapple is vitamin D3. Tea is for energy, vitamins B6 and B12. Finally the lemon is a multi vitamin.It has ten different vitamins and minerals.

The box also says that they contain fish, specifically tuna. This is important for anyone with food allergies or anyone that may be a vegetarian.

The vitamins come in packs of one each of the five different gummies.  I tried each one individually and they are all good. I will say that in my opinion the lemon does have a bit of a "fishy" flavor, though not enough to keep me from enjoying the vitamin.

Recently I had the opportunity to review two costumes from Costume Express. I chose the Sock Monkey and the Meerkat.

Here is my 14 month old son John in his Sock Monkey costume. He looks adorable! The costume is a size 12-18 months and fit him very well! It came with the bodysuit and hat.

Just for fun I decided to try the Meerkat costume on my 3 year old son Jackson. To my surprise it actually fit him!

This costume is made incredibly well! It is an Animal Planet brand. The head piece is quilted and looked more like a good quality winter hat. The body suit is lined and has "feet". It seemed to be very comfortable. I can't promise this costume in the 12-18 month size would fit other 3 year olds, but it is a good size. This costume could easily be kept and used for daily dress up play.
